Duluth, Georgia
Golf Community Profile
If you love golf and like mixing it up a bit, then Berkeley Hills Country Club is for you. This is because the private golf community offers three different nine hole courses which can be mixed and matched in order to create three different eighteen hole golf courses. The three courses are named The King Hills Course, the Pine Hills Course, and the Rolling Hills Course. Each of the three courses has its own design so no matter how the 18 holes you play are matched up you are guaranteed to have a variety of sand bunkers, water hazards, and plenty of trees!
Despite the variety of course layout and terrain, all of the grass greens provide bent Crenshaw grass as well as Bermuda fairways. Golf players love this because with these types of greens and fairways golf playing is wonderful the entire year. After playing a round many golfers enjoy resting on the veranda of the 33,000 square foot new clubhouse, or simply strolling the impeccably landscaped grounds.

There are a lot of golf communities in Georgia, but perhaps one of the most luxurious and beautiful is the Laurel Springs Golf Club. In the early 1990s Laurel Springs Golf Club was just coming into existence in the thoughts of its developers. The developers were following their vision and purchased more than 630 acres of rolling hills outside of Atlanta.

The relatively new idea of Atlanta suburban living became popular about 90 years ago and entrepreneur and real estate developer Edwin P. Ansley wanted to make sure he got a piece of the pie. Therefore, he developed the first suburban neighborhood outside Atlanta called Ansley Park.
