Toll Brothers has created a reputation for themselves that is built on developing quality communities, good design elements and desirable amenities. Their new private gated community, Belle Lago, in Fort Myers, Florida is the company’s first stand-alone project, and their houses are selling like faster then expected, with sales quickly topping projections. Belle Lago has 12 different estate home and detached villa designs, so there is an appropriate fit for every type of lifestyle. The homes range in size from 3,000 to 5,450 square feet, and so far there are four award-winning models for viewing.
The Manera is the newest model at Belle Lago. This detached villa combines Old World charm, with its wood beams and arched entryways, with contemporary elements, like granite countertops and walk in closets. The Manera is built with a family in mind, and includes a gourmet kitchen and breakfast area, which look out onto the pool and lanai. In keeping with the theme of family, there is an area designated for television, gaming and other entertainment components. This model also includes a study, since luxury sometimes must make way for the real world of work.
The other three award-winning models include the Aragon, the Diplomat, and the Saranac. The Aragon includes three bedrooms, and totals 4,397 square feet. The Diplomat is to stories, and is the biggest model at 5,450 total square feet. It includes five bedrooms, a playroom, study, exercise room, and formal dining room, keeping in mind the needs of a busy family. The Saranac is a charming three bedroom villa with a den, at a total of 3,299 total square feet.
Residents of Belle Lago benefit from the four clay tennis courts, a half court basketball court, and a large pool. There is also The Estero Country Club at The Vines, which provides direct access for residents, so that they do not need to drive to the course.
