Greene County, North Carolina is going to be home to one of the best golf communities in the country within the next few years. The area is planning to develop a new course and housing development in the area very soon. Not only will this draw in golfers from all over, but it will also bring in new residents who are interested in the housing development.
The Cutler Creek Plantation consists of over 600 acres of land in North Carolina. On this land, over 700 new homes will be developed as well as a championship level golf course. The goal for this new golf community is to have the best of the best. And since they are starting from scratch, there is no reason to believe that this will not happen.
The great thing about this area is its location. Residents will be able to take advantage of small town living, but at the same time they will have the ability to get to larger cities as well as the ocean via a short drive. This flexibility alone should go a long way in bringing new residents to the area.
Even though ground has not been broken yet on the golf community, it has been marked off. Within the next few months the development process should get underway, and the community will begin to take shape.
