Pacific Security Capital, a real estate services company, has partnered with a well known architect to develop a golf community in the PGA West area of the Coachella Valley in California.
The real estate company has purchased the remaining 42 acres of land at the PGA West facility. The proposed gated community will be named EdenRock and has a proposed value of over $200 million! The general style will be Tuscany village and will welcome avid golfers and those that appreciate the beautiful grounds upon which the community will sit.
Pacific Security Capital is expecting that many people will show interest and ultimately buy. The belief is that those who buy in EdenRock will come from all over Southern California and the Pacific Northwest to purchase a second home. The homes will be well constructed and will add style and recognition to the PGA West community.

First, there will be three distinct home models including 88 courtyard homes that will range from 1600 to 2500 square feet, 81 manor homes that measure from 2300 to 2800 feet, and 128 village homes that will range from 1100 to 2300 square feet.
