Heritage Isles is a great resort style private community that has been lovingly and carefully built by US Home. The homes in this beautiful community are one of a kind and there isn’t much like it, which is why a release of new homes in a new phase is exciting news. The new phase is known as Bermuda Ridge and has many people taking notice of its quality, style, and the resort style this gated community can provide.
A Repeat of the Past?
US Home obviously hopes that this phase is a repeat of past phases. Bermuda Ridge was almost necessary to this private community because there are only a few home sites still available in the other phases. The country club really is that popular, so the company expects that this phase will sell out as quickly and efficiently as past phases have.

Bermuda Ridge, like the other phases, allows residents to play on an awesome par-72 championship golf course, a volleyball court, clay tennis courts, basketball courts, a roller rink, and much more! Bermuda Bay, which is a 25,000-gallon swimming pool and water park, is ideal for any water lover. This water park offers six lap lanes, a water slide, and a play pool for children.
There is also a playground for kids that features swings, slides, and open spaces for children to run. With so many amenities, it is easy to see why the home sites sell out really quickly even when you don’t consider the quality and style of the homes. There is also a fabulous restaurant that residents and their guests can enjoy, in addition to a great fitness center to help work off the calories you consume at the restaurant! This private community wouldn’t be all that without the golf course, and of course the aqua driving range right on the golf course!
For those interested in Bermuda Ridge’s latest phase there is no time to waste! Only 20 of the 47 lots are still available and they come in six different models.
