Hilton Hotels has announced plans to take on a large project at Lake Las Vegas Resort located in Henderson, Nevada. The project is going to consist of 50 luxury units as well as 200 timeshares.
This new project at Lake Las Vegas Resort is going to take place on 17.5 acres that overlook the 17th and 18th holes of the golf course. The Reflection Bay Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus. This alone will draw plenty of interested parties. The project is set to break ground early in 2008, and will be completed by the fall of 2009.
The Lake Las Vegas Resort is located 17 miles from the Strip, and is one of the premier residential resorts in the area. The addition of the Hilton Hotel project is only going to make this resort even more luxurious. Hilton is going to be responsible for selling the units, and they are not anticipating any problems.
Buyers will gain access to a full service spa, the 300 plus acre lake, and the golf course. When construction is finally complete at the Lake Las Vegas Resort it is safe to say that interested parties will be thinking seriously about the new options that are available to them.
