A Wisconsin based firm known as V.K Development is introducing its gated community, Treviso Bay. The gated community will be the first of its kind in the Naples area as it will be compromised of luxury coach homes.
The golf community will offer a resort lifestyle. The Treviso Bay neighborhood will be compromised of 30 buildings, each building will hold four residences for a total of 120 coach homes. The coach homes of di Napoli will all offer breathtaking lake views with a golf course available starting in the summer of 2007.
There will be two coach floor plans available. First, there is the Lucia floor plan. The Lucia features two or three bedrooms, a den, and two bathrooms in 2,463 air conditioned square feet and 3,271 square feet total including the two-car garage. The home features a lanai and covered porch. The Francesca is a second floor plan and offers either two or three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The total square footage for the Francesca is 3,271 with 3,025 of that air-conditioned. Features include a bar, a screen enclosed lanai, and an open sun deck.
The inside of the coach style homes will include features like GE appliances, maple cabinets, Corian countertops, ceramic tile, and more. Residents will have access to a great clubhouse and luxurious pool and spa. The Treviso Bay Club and Sap will offer an additional 33,000 square feet that includes a fitness center exclusively for residents. With so many features and a great location the coach homes in di Napoli are priced from the mid $750,000s.
