The Prestigious Somerset section of The Plantation has released a series of villa style homes known as the Cayman series. This is the second release of the Cayman homes, with four of the five introduced last time sold. This time around there are ten home sites to choose from. Five of the new home sites overlook the picturesque 11th hole of the Somerset golf course and the other five are seated in such a way that thehomes will overlook The Plantation’s largest and most beautiful lake.
While there are ten home sites to choose from, there are seven plans to choose from so the options are almost unlimited. What’s great is that there are five one story floor plans and two beautiful two story floor plans. All seven of the plans include features such as a morning room, a covered lanai, as well as a handy two-car garage.
The Bellingwood is one floor plan that offers 1,800 square feet that is air-conditioned and has a total square footage of 2,383 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cozy den. The Evanshire features 2,600 square feet, 1,939 of which are air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, dining, and great room.
There is also the Fairfield, which features a total 2,636 square feet and features two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a comfortable den. A massive 2, 657 square feet makes up the Hartwell and houses three bedrooms, two baths, and a den.
The Manchester is quite large as it offers 2,750 square feet with three bedrooms, a dining room, and bath off of each bedroom. The Norwood offers residents 2,950 square feet and has two bedrooms, one bath, a large gathering area, and a great room upstairs. The Pinehurst is the largest of the models and encompasses three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in over 3,100 square feet.
Prices for the Cayman villa homes start in the low $400,000s and offer the best quality items one could ask for. An 18-hole golf course will be offered to residents along with a fitness center, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and spa. The Plantation offers some of the most breathtaking homes one could ever hope for, and as this community grows so too will its beauty.
