Northland’s Staley Farms Golf Community in Kansas City, Missouri recently opened its seventh neighborhood, Creek Club, with huge success. Forty-Eight homes are planned to be built in this private community.
Thirty-One of the preliminary sites for building have already been sold. Some of Kansas City’s most distinguished builders will be building the model homes in this gated community. Seven of these builders will be showcased in the Spring Homes Tour April 30 through May 14.
This beautiful golf course community will feature homes with simple designs and finishes as well as upscale and elegant architectural designs. With features such as grand master suites located on the main level of the house, easy access walk-in pantries, spacious formal dining rooms, and relaxing covered porches; these homes are sure to accommodate any retired lifestyle.
Many homesites are offered overlooking the 2, 3, 4, and 5 fairways and the community lake, which all have walk-out lower level access. Lot reservations are being accepted for the 700 acres of rolling hills that make up Creek Club. The remaining lots start in the $60,000 range. Homes in this private community start in the mid-$300,000 range. Homes in other neighborhoods of Staley Farms top $1 million.
