Two Tennessee builders are pitching in to design and construct the first phase of homes for the Tennessee National Golf Community located in Loudon County, Tennessee. The two builders are Saddlebrook Homes LLC and Pratt and Associates, both known for their quality homes and style.
The Homes
Saddlebrook Homes LLC will be the builder for a 74-lot golf side community. The villas will be beautifully designed and will be right on the golf course. All of the quaint villas will have a great porch that will look out onto the sweeping fairways.
The villas will range from 2,800 to 3,400 square feet and will offer luxury options such as granite countertops, first floor master bedrooms, and 10-foot ceilings. These homes will be beautiful and attention to detail will be a priority.
Pratt & Associates will develop neighborhoods that are a throwback to neighborhoods from the 1920s and 1930s. Cottages that will be built will range from 1,575 to 3,000 square feet and are aimed toward those that want to downsize from their first home, or are looking for a moderately sized second home.
These homes will add a very versatile feel to the neighborhood when coupled with the Saddlebrook villas that are also being built. Pratt & Associates plan to break ground on their homes this summer.
When completed, the community will offer 1,700 single and multifamily residences on the water, on the golf course, and in wooded areas. The Greg Norman signature golf course as plans to open during the summer of 2006, which is an exciting start for the golf community.
The golf course will involve stacked sod wall bunkers, SubAir green aeration, Bermuda grass, 13 lakes, and waterfalls. There will also be a clubhouse, pro shop, driving range, and practice facilities, making this the ultimate golf community!
