Treviso Bay is a new resort style golf community located in Naples, Florida. Treviso Bay has taken the job of choosing preferred builders very seriously for their executive home neighborhood of Lipari and the custom estate home of Pavia. Finally after much consideration, Treviso Bay has announced their preferred builders.
Treviso Bay has announced that the preferred builders for their beautiful executive home neighborhood of Lipari will be built by both Gulfshore Homes as well as McGarvey Custom Homes. This neighborhood, upon completion, will have 28 homes that will range from 3,250 to 4,750 square feet and the majority of the homes will be air conditioned and will have awe inspiring lake views.
The Pavia custom estate homes will be built by Harwick Homes, Snell Custome Homes, Gulfshore Homes, as well as McGarvey Custome Homes. All of these builders will come together to provide a very attractive and diverse look for the Pavia neighborhood.
When completed there will be 11 custom executive homes with home sites averaging 150 feet wide and 180 feet deep on both lake and preserve views. The custom executive homes of Pavia will start at 4,500 square feet, most of which will be air-conditioned.
Treviso Bay will feature more than just beautiful homes, it will also include an 18 hole golf course built to PGA tour standards. The golf course is not currently open, but will be open for residents in the fall of 2007. Treviso Bay also offers a 52,000 square foot clubhouse that offers both formal and causal dining, locker rooms, and a banquet facility.
There is also a separate Treviso Bay Spa that features a fitness center, spa, movie theatre, café, and tennis shop. As if that wasn’t enough, Treviso Bay also features three different parks, a lounge, children’s club, retail center, and more! There is no doubt that when completed, Treviso Bay will be an outstanding private community.
