Twin Eagles has a brand new look, and it is safe to say that this is a good thing! Up until recently, if you wanted to move into this community you were forced to pay for a large estate home that sat on large lots. While there is nothing wrong with this, there are some people who could not afford the high price tag, or were simply looking for something different.
Luckily, Twin Eagles has opened its second development stage in order to cater to another crowd. This phase features smaller single family homes, coach homes, and villas. This variety will give buyers many options so that they can find what they are looking for at a price they can afford. And to go along with this variety, a new golf course has also opened for business in early February 2007.
The new phase is an entirely different look for Twin Eagles. The first phase was full of homes that cost in upwards of $6 million, and were only for a select few people. The new phase of this golf course community has homes starting at $400,000 and ranging up to $2 million. This makes it much easier for buyers to find something that fits what they have been searching for.
As mentioned above, along with the new golf course community a new golf course has opened as well. This new course was designed by golf great Gary Player, and is a nice addition to the Jack Nicklaus design that is already in the area.
Twin Eagles did themselves a big favor by making the second phase more affordable for the general public. Not only is this sure to increase the number of sales, but it is also good for publicity. It is safe to say that Twin Eagles is now one of the most diverse golf course communities in the area. And with so much competition this is a feat that they should take great pride in.
