Overview
Arthur Hills designed the golf course at Olde Atlanta Golf Club and incorporated the areas natural landscape in the design. Because of this the course is challenging yet fun with plenty of rolling hills and holes lined with towering trees. Fortunately, this course is not just for the pros because it is relatively short with just 6,789 yards from the back tees. However, players can choose the tee that makes the course just the right length for them.
Forsyth County is a great place for golf, and because of this The Olde Atlanta Golf Club is so successful. Located on almost 600 acres that border the Chattahoochee River, the golf community is made up of approximately 640 homes. The golf course is set amongst the homes and as a result many have great views of fairways and greens. Also, all of the homes are relatively new with construction beginning in 1993 by Centex Homes.
